YES. Very soon (not 2018 and not 2048!)

We don't know the final date yet, but it should come within a few weeks!

It actually all depends on Valve, but as the Croteam's developer Angelo said - no worries, there should be no problems with Valve. Infact Angelo is planning to prepare special discounts and giveaways for faithful GameZone24.net members. Win/Win at it's finest !

Zapomniałeś powiedzieć o tym że trzeba mieć classic SS SE na steamie. Podobno przez pierwszy tydzień po premierze ta gra ma kosztować 4,99$.

Super, ciekawe czy ktoś miał okazję już testować grywalną wersję , i jak bardzo netcode jest poprawiony

Byłbym szczęśliwy gdyby ktoś poprawił Serious Runner bo to jest dobry program ale źle kojarzył tryby gry. Np w Yodeller grało się jako tryb COOP.

I have contacted two Server companies to see if they can offer SS Revolution servers.

One of the companies has asked if the server files for the game will be released to the public.

Are the files available? If not, how do you run a steam based server? I have been running SS servers for 12 years now but have never run a Steam based server except on my own computer?

Of course, the dedicated server files will be right there. It won't be downloadable via SteamCMD however, but maybe we can fix that at some point. (Requires some interaction from Valve, as far as I know)

Thanks for the quick response.

So, MarksMods & Fragnet server companies will be able to run the dedicated server without having a Steam account?

I know with SS TSE HD, there was a seperate dedicated server file that I downloaded. That did not require a steam account to run.

FUNFUN is hosted with Fragnet in New York, USA
der FUNFUN is hosted with MarkMods in Germany

Both are dedicated servers

PS: Red Station for 24/7/365 for 12 years is fairly dedicated (or delusional) in itself.

PSS: I will probably run a Red Station Revolution server & another Revolution Server with different maps. Both of these will be in the US since there will probably be plenty of European servers available.

Can you host one server with tournament maps (Little Trouble, Fortress and Hole) for USA players?

It would be cool to see some old farts from MERC active again.
