Q4 servers?

hey i just installed Q4 and i need a good server where i can try to play in. i just tried playing on my laptop and my laptop was too slow for it

so what server?? i would love to see you guys in it

that makes one good moment that I have quake 4, and I also seek has to make server, but I don't know ports UDP and TCP
