Clan Hosting Rules
These are the requirements you need to meet in order to have your clan hosted at Gamezone-24.net:
- You need to have a minimum of 3 Members (including yourself) in the clan (which are also registered at Gamezone-24.net). Your request-thread has to include the exact forum-nicks of all of your members that are currently registered at Gamezone-24.net (so they can be assigned to your clan's usergroup). If your clan doesn't have the required minimum of 3 members at any given point of time after its creation anymore, you will be granted a certain amount of time to regain members. If there is no change to be expected whatsoever, your clan section will be deactivated until you've got the required amount of members again.
- You need to tell us something about your clan (date of creation, which game you (the clan) are usually playing, etc.) in your request-thread.
- You need to be friendly and fair towards other members, even if you are a moderator. Any abuse might lead to the removal of your moderation rights or other punishments. Please tell us the names of the members you wish to be moderators of your section in your request-thread.
- You & your members need to be active on Gamezone-24.net. Inactivity for a considerable period of time might lead to the deactivation of your clan section. Once your clan becomes active again, your section will be reactivated.
If all of the requirements are met, create a thread giving the above-required information in the "Clan Hosting" section and we will create your clan section including these basic sections (specific naming-wishes will be considered):
"Clan Name"- General DiscussionYou may also request a special private section only for certain members such as leaders and co-leaders. However, we reserve the right to deny this request (e.g. if your clan is too small).

Please note that it is forbidden to create new spam threads as of may 2008. This includes the private section(s) of your clan. However, we will of course not search through private forums to detect spam threads but rely on other sources.
