What totally pisses me off , and I explained it well to faber is those remarks dedicated to me :

It's ok as long as it's dedicated to all who voted against his opinion , another example faber told me something like " man my english sucks , do it the way you want " to apologize.... COME ON !

Take Wiper as example in the other thread , he talked to YOU ALL saying "wtf are you doing guys , be careful" and I'm more than ok with this It's actually my goal , I'm starting these threads to make everyone discuss.

I hate reading "serious ahmed" or "ahmed mod" , because if I was doing what I wanted, I wouldn't even bother asking you , I would code it the way I want , release it telling you to deal with the changes and to shut up.

I offer you my C++ abilities that's all , see it as a good opportunity cuz nobody has been able to help you so far , so it's not "ahmed mod" , it's "gz community mod" , in the future if you're mad at a poll result , let everyone know and don't blame me

Maybe asked before but is it possible to add an automapdownloader or do u need the sourcecode for that (sorry not really into gameprogramming )

Main issues to solve considering the gameplay I think:
- overpowered Cannon
- spamming possibilty with the GL
- underpowered tommygun

Main goal:
- Creating a TDM (I suggest you add the normal DM also so people don't need to switch mods all the time ^^ )

YS suggested that yesterday... My plan was to release this , make the adjustments later , and why not implement a capture the flag mode

It has already been discussed , the engine ( which you're not allowed to see the source ) prevents you from doing something like that , when a client tries to join a server and lacks any resource, an error is raised and caught by the engine. All you can do is change the error text message. And even if it was possible , you'll have to deal with all these textures and/or model inside gro files.

the normal DM is ss:se ffa fragmatch ? with cannon pups etc ? I can do that but noobs won't be able to join a normal DM server...
So it's basically the same to have 1 server running the tdm mod while other servers stick to the croteam game since anyway all you need to do is click on the teamfragmatch icon on your desktop

You dont have to.. just play in windowed mode !!

Can't you get it appear in full screen mode? It really suck tap windows key to see the process. If it would automatically start when you start TDM mod, that would be great. If i'd someday made a new map, i could try it for first time with other players.
