i sent you some info once about too many player slots and multiple servers running out of one box and multiple servers on the same internet connection search google for game servers bottlenecking this is not a sam problem it will happen with any game server thats not set up right also google tcp and udp in game servers, here is an interesting read

remember 1.05 used tcp and udp but 1.07 only uses udp
sams netcode was allways dodgy hence the lag,so sam wont be as forgiving as better made games. another thing to look into is how much memory is in these game servers and how much memory is sam using.
just a hunch but are these crashing servers running out of one pc and if so are they running from the same Installation of sam? if so then this might be your problem
no, it has nothing to do with bottlenecking. i once ran a server (only one) on my windows ded server running the serversafer. it told me that it had crashed a couple of times.

why do u use the 1.07 netcode angelo??? use the 1.05 netcode there isnt this problem. u can frag until 1000 there without a crash and the ping is lower and less spikes r there. its really a bad idea to use the 1.07 code for the patch since it is supposed to get better and it wont with that crappy code.
