Hi guys, is there anyone who has Photoshop Cs4?
I got it some days ago and would be pretty happy and thanked () if i could know how to add this light efects:





(blue and orange thingies )

Dude, use the Gaussian Blur, and this layer at Linear Dodge.
Then put down the opacity and play with some Filters

Apply Your Image on a new layer
STRG + A
STRG + SHIFT + C
STRG + V
Then you goto Filter - Gaussian Blur
After that you change the Opacity from this layer to 58%
And then add some nice filters like you love
easy going

ok i did it. but it doesn't still like that. that blue and orange lights...

so you can work with some Brushes, and Filters.
