I am very doubtful that it's possible to create a very good Sam frag vid though, haven't seen a single one that impresses me... a vid with very good frags is possible to make, but a very good vid with frags is a whole different story

In my opinion, a great serious sam fragmovie is way more interesting than a further counterstrike movie including a couple of monotonous headshots to a row of players.
I've never ever watched a css movie until the end because I have missed something flexible till this day. And please don't come up with a bunch of examples which would show the opposite which ain't even exist. The truth is: you're watching a counterstrike movie, wanking on some headshots this guy had done once. Congratulations but this becomes boring even if effects should be greatly included.
Doesn't make a difference to this monotonous motive. It's just my opinion.

Imo, it's a good idea, though we should be happy if the half of the mentioned players would take part in it. Thank's for listing me up, Bullet I may be trying to record some.
