problem using my model in game :P

so when i want to open my model in game, i mean to choose it, it says, in german (SeriousRyan.amc (18): Anhang 0 existiert in diesem Model nicht.)
english (SeriousRyan.amc (18): Attachment 0 doesnt exist.)

is there somebody who can help me

The problem is that

Model:   TFNM Models\Player\RockingRyan\Head.mdl

has no attachment 0. An attachment is basically a position on/relative to a model where another model can be attached. In your case the game has no idea where to add the glasses. You can add attachments to models in Serious Modeler, search the help file (open with F1) for 'adding attachments'
