Should it be located on top or on bottom of forum?
I was talking with Siron about that yesterday. I think on top shoutbox would be more visible, often you don't notice it if u don't scroll the whole page till the bottom.
Also it takes time to scroll the page
What do u think?

I always saw it at bottom on every forums that I saw, so.. I find it better at bottom, just matter of style
