Still there. But these days army has become much safer, than it was say 3-4 years ago. Young soldiers are still dying at hands of superiors... but it's Russia - the most worst country in the world.

I don't think things like that have happened in Finnish army since World War II...

And besides that, your tongue might need to have a familiar brown colour. But some people are OK with that to get a position higher than others I guess.

depends on the area of work in a technical-area its alot of work/studying, same goes to pilots
but when i take a look at our teachers here in this airforce school i feel myself getting trolled allday

in germany its possible for almost everyone who get through a "hard" test.. but 16+years..
