    Printing and scanning issue

Since you all are Amazing,.. I need help.

Hope you can all spot the color offset at the right. It happens with copying and scanning from both the feeder as the glass plate.

Does someone know how this can be solved?

That would indeed be a solution, but that would cost us too much money.

    So are there other ideas?

First of all, make yourself sure that you pressed paper enough with scanner-cover, seems like there is a small distance between paper and scanner glass plate.

    If NOT:

Try to scan documents in monochrome format instead of grayscale and those colors will disappear, but better solution is to replace scanner

    1. How could I find out if its the first thing?
    2. And the second thing, you mean just to scan them as black and white or what? ("colors will disappear")
    3. Yes we are thinking about it, but it is stupid to replace a printer just for something like this.
