PSUs on andyson base rarely have active pfc, and some of them dont even have short circuit protection. Ffter 3 mounths of normal using of it you gonna face unstable voltage and face some dead harddrives, leaked ram, and artifacts on your screen

If you want to choose somithing with low price, you better look to fsp pnr series its way better, even it dont have 80+ bronze
No manufacturers ever do manufacture completely by themselves, there are several suppliers that offer components at much much lower cost.

As for all electronics you can easily tell whether you have good or bad quality: the coil whine.
Bad PSUs have a very noisy coil whine and overall shitty wires and soldering spots, i once got an LC PSU which blew up after just 5 minutes, shit happens.

Between 2016 and 2018 i sold over 100 computers with about 10 or 15 Xilence PSUs inside, none of the customers ever called me for a broken PSU or PC and i am sure they run totally fine until today.

I'd like to know though where u got the information from that Xilence PSUs are so bad, own experience or read an article?

    Not xilence, but andyson platform
I had aerocool kcas 700w, what built on andyson platform as well, so I had a lot of troubles (one ssd died, almost died hard drive etc) after 1 year of usage
(my system was i5 6400 + 8gb of ram + gtx950mini (power suplied only trough PCIe) what needed like 300w in peak)
After 2 years pc every 30 minute had ram leaks. After changing psu to better model all troubles ceased

It's hard to see due to the reflect but it was really bent, the box was completely ripped. If it as the other side, the glass panel would be shattered

I returned it anyway, it'll take a week until I receive another one and can finally begin the transfer of my components.

why would these guys even expect bigger salaries? people ends up doing that work when they failed their studies or has no diploma, they're not supposed to claim more than the minimal wage

I know 2 guys working for delivery company (fedex). One of them graduated university, my close friend. It's the boss, or 1st contact person who is dick. They expect you to take all the extra works, but do them for free so people end up doing extra work for nothing in exchange, and that's like a new norm, you are highly expected to do that and if you don't, you're thrown out. Some people can't afford getting thrown out.

i personally criticize the minimum wage and the high tax that employers are forced to pay

in my opinion these two factors are highly responsible for slowly dying economics and the skill shortage, you can observe this phenomenon in all sectors...

Politicians yet do not understand it and rather scream for higher minimum wage and even higher tax to solve the problem
