in these times ssd is essential and basic component, first thing i suggest people to upgrade.
i think you are lucky with so many used parts and none failing. I bought few times used stuff and it always was broken or got broken pretty soon. I don't do it anymore

I bought 120 GBs SSD for my PC in January of 2015, got it for like 56 euro back then (new), and as now it's being considered very expensive compared to nowadays ssd's prices, I don't regret at all, SSD is a MUST to buy nowadays. Don't forget what country I live in, but even for me 120 GBs SSD would be a very cheap buy now, so do it Every weekend I spend on parties more than it costs so come on

from 2016 to now i did over 35.000€ worth of hardware sales, 5% were scammers fairly said
i even purchased broken cards and fixed them with a heatgun and got super ridiculous deals
but i guess ure right, germany seems a good place for used hardware and its a shame if it doesnt work out well in other countries as i encountered really great experiences
