Yes, there will be need to make a list of available servers on the internet and it's IP's, for those who would like to plsy it still

It will be "released" sometime between this month and next month, but in an "early access" state. This means that you're basically getting an unfinished beta that only includes the main game and engine improvements, but will not contain the new campaign and some other content we have planned.

Or in simple-to-understand terms: It will be released.

Again, it all depends on Valve and whether they say it's ok, but I don't think there will be any obstacles there.
