Wasn't it -1 before, just to neutralize the +1 frag that comes from the bug?

Also, in cases of a draw game, wouldn't like +5minutes to the time be better than the 1 frag only? I remember +5 minutes to the time was used in Serioussam.su Winter Tournament, worked well in my opinion.

Remember to include pause option in the server, especially now that it's time limit based tournament.

Yeah maybe, but I think we've used -2 in last .su tournament, so I've decided to put in here too to make players stop use this bug totally, it's just same fairly like -2 frag for a teamkill instead of -1

+5 minutes can cause a new draw, + I want to do all possible to play this tournament fast because it's going to be 2017 xD

And thanks for reminding about pause

As I remember (we've played together xD) you have Revolution in ur Steam library so it means you also have TSE classic either which is already patched by default to make possible find servers / apply 16:9 or 16:10 resolution without any editing of .ini files But you can naturally patch your own version of TSE by installing this patch, but it won't support wide screen as good as Steam version does

Editing ini file for 1080p = screen looks cut = you see less
Applying 1080p in steam version = more fov = you see more than you ever did

we'd need at least 20mb upload speed to be sufficient in order to provide a decent lagless image quality, unless you got optical fibre, find an isp who provides more than 2mb upload with classic ADSL2+..
