yeah I forgot to mention the time limit, we could add 15 or 20 minuts, and we'd surely begin with a 1v1, if we get enough active people we could try a 2x2 afterwards

No don't even think about 2v2 tournament please, it could work good in 2010, not later
1v1 with any kind of system has much more chances to "survive", even a clan tournament sounds more possible xD

yeah it's sad though because I never had a chance to play this type of tourney. 1x1 is good but with double elim system
or what's the point to play if in first game u get Zeo

that's the point of winner and loser bracker, even if you lose your first game, you still get a chance to advance the next round. But the swiss system was even better, just far more complicated and demanding much more games.

what about we use Google's idea with crossing out maps? I strongly recommend this method because this is something we never tried out and definitely need to

It's a great idea to make this tournament, and to watch it alive with all other upcoming esports matches. The only thing, that bother me - would it be hard to make some kind of bets on the certain team, to win some money? What do you think about this idea? Have it been ever implemented vefore?

I was wondering who banned the guy, he seemed legit, though no we've never done any betting here, Sam is a small community, maybe we could have done it back in 2005 or 2008 but now nobody plays high level anymore
