ye thats why i am struggling what would be the better cpu for my wife - ryzen 1700 or 2600?
shes planning to stream a few times so the ryzen 7 would be more useful i guess although the 2600 clocks higher and thus performs slightly better in games - i guess i will keep the 1700 and wait until i get the 3600 for myself

i wil sell the 1070 Ti tho, because i love the amd image sharpening and other extra features like amd link that come along with the new driver

if anyones interested i want 250€ for that 1070 Ti

or im gonna pair it with the ryzen 2600 and 16gb

What about your main rig? I can see from the scoreboard that you had a system with GTX 1080 paired with 4790K. Is it still your main gaming setup since 2017?

There's no way that CPU would bottleneck 2070. My friend is playing NFS Heat on 3570K paired with 2060 Super and he has no problems whatsoever. Playing at 1080p, high settings upscaled to 1440p.

I play on high settings and I issued a few FPS drops but clearly it didn't come from the GPU, I'm on 1440p

no, that recent link is my main rig - may the legendary 4790K rest in peace (its 180€ value still on ebay lol)

check your cpu usage, many people complain about too high cpu usage (80%+) on nfs heat, you might have a shitty windows version - a simple Windows Update could help

surely because he OCed it and because I use a Ventus which is the lower end from MSI's graphic cards, I expect the 2070S from ASUS i'll have to score better

its overclocked a little, on stock it performs just 19,6k

this 2070 is not mine as I said, so not ocing anything for now

Still waiting for this damn insurance to compensate for my burn 1070, they're fast when it comes to taking our money but they're slow as fuck when it's their turn to give.

Super arrived! and i'm surprised and disapointed at the same time: First i'm surprised because the tech specs of the GPU (which is a factory OC version) said the max base OC was up to 1800 something, but 3DMark recorded almost 2000, which means the card has a great factory OC and I don't even have to touch any OC software.

Now i'm disapointed because I haven't reached 18 000K and i'm barely 8 points below the 4K gaming PC range, and all of that because of this anemic CPU. It's been recorded at 3.8Ghz althought the Turbo Boost is supposed to OC it at 4.2Ghz (variable OC). I'm gonna give a look to the BIOS and see if I can OC at a constant 4.5 GHz, it should be enough to get the result I want without risking anything.
