In Poland you don't have to pay any tv/radio monthly fee. Only complete morons pay this bullshit. Actually noone can force you here to pay the tv/radio monthly fee if you have a tv or radio in your home due to imprecise country law regulations. By some unknown reason more than 70% people still think that they're obliged to pay
