Does anyone do bodybuilding / gym?
If you do, How often?
Do you have a special exercise programme or do it just for fun? What kind of series you do in your training 5x5 3x6 3x10 or something else?
(Do you use any special nutrients? )
I dont know whether anyone wants to share his maximum "weights" or atleast "series weights" in some trainings like Bench press, Deadlift, Squat, Biceps curl, Pull-ups etc.
I have trained active 4 months now, about 5 times per week. My training has been pure "nature" ( no extra substances included) only "curd cheese"
maximium "weights" have risen a bit - like in bench press from 70kg to (about) 100kg
Must keep training hard
please share your experiences
I have been training about 4 months too and I am doing it just for keeping myself fit
I have no reason to use those extra substances like protein mixtures etc. You just have to eat and exercise correctly and your muscles will become bigger
At the moment bench press max. ~90kg ( about 122% of my own weight )
