Yea that's very old, but it's not transparent (white background) and it's "24" not "G".

But it's almost impossible to make 16x16 pics, they're so damn small!! I would have resized the 32x32 and made it *.ico.

shut up steve i make 16x16 pics all the time just use xara xtreme and zoom in 800% .. easy to work with looks like 1000x1000 image then
