CoD4 kick for 0 minutes + some glitch

i shot an enemy 5000 times in the head he couldnt kill me i couldnt kill him and i got banned for 0 minutes by punkbuster for some kind of maxpackets variable

please explain what i should do to kill someone lol and what the standard non-kicks variables are?
