Weapons stay in Deathmatch?

Should weapons stay in deathmatch after you respawn when you died? If yes, every weapon or just a few?

Just knife,colt and single shotgun.

And as you're running along.. 2 guys behind you respawn and put a bullet in you're head. Maybe that shouldn't be allowed, maybe that would be unfair
