that would be cool
but the users should be in a defined activity spectrum, like only ones that have visited GZ during the last 7 days could be selected or min. 100 Posts.. something like that

I see, I didn't even know that man.. I simply assumed without even knowing that there were a few mods there and their job was to open those threads.
Either make 2-3 post trigger happy guys mods and make their job to open those threads or at least make sure noone is left out, or automatically open with different users. I can change my vote to auto.

Well we can at least test it for few days. I'll set it up tomorrow. I'll add 20 different users for starters, mostly guys that have been creating topics already.


My lazyness doesn't have any limits... I already have some "canned" replies and now this automatic welcome topic thing.. Soon I'll probably ask YS to program some bot for me that makes all my posts.

Just keep it as it is right now, but disable the post/thread count there. Many members post there just to get more posts/threads

Well it would actually be a human starting the topic, if we use random active GZ members.


For now there are like 10 different guys who start the topics, and they are always the same (same title, same message)... so why not automatize the thread starting? That way everyone gets equal treatment as no member is left out.


Of course other people will reply to thos topics just like now...
