Hip-Hop is a movement (music, dance, clothes, graffity art, lifestyle), rap is the discipline.

You can rap on a hip-hop song but also on a RNB song, or a pop song.

A rap song is a song where artists rap all verses, the only difference is that a few years ago, a rap song would systematically be hip hop, but it's not true anymore.

For example nowadays all those "club" tracks are rap songs, but not hip hop.
