cl_minmodels "1" is allowed, and very useful

Yeah it's allowed but I don't use it. You can't count/identify your opponents if you play with that. You're losing critical tactical information.
@Pyronox : You can specify which model you want.
this is also the reason why I don't like plr_bonlysam in sam
another question: you said once that increasing the brightness also increases the contrast. so do you have brightness on 6 and gamma on 11?
I have both on the max now and there are no dark shadows anymore and everything is good visible. I don't notice an increased contrast. so should I use both on 11 or not? and are there other variables for the contrast or saturation?

Yeah but in sam there's no teamplay so.. the main reason I never used it, was purely aesthetic. It's not fun to see only sams.
In CS it's different, because sometimes against random or mixed teams, seeing different skins is very useful like I don't know you just died, you're supposed to give information, you can tell your teammates " arctic, low hp, ak, short " .
This way if one sees him, he knows he can try and peek him.
I'm not familiar with your values as for me brithness is maxed out at 2, and gamma at 3, but yeah I've noticed in D3D ( in opengl it's different ), having brightness on 1 and gamma on 3 is better than brightness on 2 and gamma on 3 that gives me a kind of bloom/hdr effect.
Yes it's nice against teams that use the same skin anyway, you can use this and force the first T skin which is an headshot magnet
In CS:S my favorite is the last one, guerilla warfare.. I can headshot this guy so easily it's funny.
I meant the 11 notch. I also have both maxed out, brightness on 2 and gamma on 3. and I have also opengl.
why can u headshot them easier? because better visible? the hitboxes are always the same, aren't they?

I don't know, yeah the hitboxes are the same but they're not visible, I just seem to aim at these models' heads pretty easily, just like any CT.
