so I played it now and I must say that it's really fun. much servers(for a sam game), most of them are full (16/16) and the netcode is surprisingly good - no lags at all, you always really hit if you hit on your screen, no lag strafing anymore or any strange appearances, good pings for most of the players (~40-80).

the aiming is much better now, no aim "bug" anymore(u won't notice at least), no mouse lag, can't criticize anything there. the red screen is bearable now and I think there's also a bit in third person, I'm not sure anymore.

and instagib rocks with this good aim and netcode, I nearly felt like in cs xD

and there are soo many noobs to own I won nearly all games I played and made many perfects . damn there are more players on the servers than in the old sam se. the 16 slot server I played in was full mostly.

the graphics are really good, better than in sam hd fe imo. only con is that I have only 40 fps with my 9800gt and lowest details + 800x600 but it's really playable.

hopefully it is in the stores soon. oh man it's not in amazon, yet .

it's really not that bad as some people here think. cmon give it a try, guys, it's so cheap

Yeah It's very good,bad that grenade launcher is a bit overpowered,and double shotgun is slow to reload

Anyway,I like the new maps and there is not Compound...But it's cool

Netocde is very good,itt can match Old SS' Netcode

Funny to play but old sam is a bit better.

Probably, since the GL can fire 3-4 grenades/second They don't explode when hitting walls at a certain speed though, so the strategical aspect of that weapon is gone... the only aspect remaining is spam :te:
