Yeah it's kind of original and there's a little 'social satire' in it , but man, what sacrifices had to be made.. stereotypical characters (->), predictable as hell, yet illogical behaviour at times and not only that it's illogical & *unrealistic* to a degree I just find too hard to overcome. Soory for not giving examples.

Yes correct. I would have liked it far better if they had stayed kids throughout the movie. Was so promising in the beginning. Got a bit slow as they got older and the war started.

This is one of few movies with such high ratings that I did not enjoy at all. I suffered through the whole damn thing.

This one seems very popular but I didn't like it much. Had some laughs but John Cusack used to be so interesting to watch and he's throwing it away on comedies like this

The film is based on a PC game. The movie had some funny scenes but after all it was brainless and stupid compared to the money they have used to make it.

Some parts reminded me a lot of the series, some parts not (Wtf B.A. without golden chains is like Flavour Flave without a big clock). The entire movie was great, except the end, which was kinda stupid and could have been better.
