However i'm asking your help Bullet, Which video format du you use exactly to register your videos with Vegas? after being uploaded on youtube the picture quality just looks like total shit
I've saved the vegas file of course and I want to re upload it later in better quality

So, about quality, as you can see your quality on youtube is worse than the original clip, because you compress your video with wrong codec. You can use your codec for your home video () or something like that but not for yt. Youtube uses h264 coding, there are many programms can help you like easy h264.

Record your clip with fraps (for example), add some effects or colorcorrection with after effects, ps (for example), add this clip to vegas (it must be large video file with extra quality), add music, effects, motion graphics with vegas how you want and save your video file as "uncompressed" .avi. It must be still large (clan tournament movie was over 19 gb after vegas). Open easy h264, choose your video clip (.avi) and choose output directory, encoding preset "Extreme HD 720p". It will take time.. When it's done you'll have small video file (10-100 mb) with INCREDIBLE quality. And it's perfect for Youtube because yt will not compress your video again.

Select "HD 720-60p YUV" or 50, it depends on how many fps on your video from fraps. After selecting format, click "Personalliser le modele" button, there will be "Video format", change it from "Sony YUV" to "Uncompressed", after this go to "Project" tag, "Video rendering quality" select "Best". Quality is a bit better, though I wasn't able to encode it uncompressed, the result was a brocken video... there is something wrong somewhere but i'll find it later.

LT has a kind of textures that will be everytime sucky after being renderized. (except for slowmotions ofc)
With other maps the quality is double better

let me give you some advice (coming from a Prof-ass-ional)

1. Get rid of the Hanna Montana/Selena Gomez shit and put on some good shit....like Titan theme song My Heart will go on by Celine Dion.

2. Always have a celebrity in your videos like me.....I mean come on you wanna have 10 views or 10,000? . Get at me for your next video and I can make magic real
