Because they are american they believes they are almighty and that they can set they rules everywhere They are just trying to shut down they rivals. I'm sure they're going to attack Google for Android now.

Those pictures in the first link means absolutely nothing, every other brands "copyed" "the iPhone style", Nokia; HTC, LG, Motorola, Huawei etc... also the smartphones started to look like that well before the iPhone, apple didn't invent this design.

its hard to fathom at how large these law suits are between mega companies......We aren't talking about 1,000,000 but $1,000,000,000.
its insane.....and btw yeah I think the lawsuit was unjust to some extents. But if I made something and someone else took my idea and make money off it. So its both ways you gotta understand.

How does Samsung have more success than Apple on the smartphone market? Apple has ONE product, the iPhone, whereas Samsung has like one quadrillion Android-Devices. Considering this I think Apple's market share is huge (https://arstechnica.com/apple/2012/08...tes-worldwide/).
