nah.. I played with 130ms during 5 years and back in 2007/2008 everyone was between 130/200+ms.

Nowdays our connections became better and it has reduced the ping for many people, but people having 130+ms are sill above the average in this game, so I wouldn't consider it as a high ping.

Without spikes, the ping which is lower than 150 - 140, is pretty good even for shotty And for rocket/spam whoring, 200 is enough

For me low ping with spikes is better only in ST in all other maps i play with buffer 2 (~150ms)
