best video card for my pc

It's been a couple of weeks games like CSGO and some other games i used to play normally, are now giving me a strange lag after 2-3 min of gaming (not sam ), just like a pc lag when you got some program opened behind, but i got nothing.
I guessed it could be my GTS 450 fuckin up definitly after years, and i decided to arrange some new decent card with my pc to play recent games with no problems.
Im completly out the knowledge about PC specs compatibilities and all those stuff, i just wanna play and end; for this i wrote here maybe someone knows more than me for sure.

Now this is my pc - add PSU Techsolo TP-730 and 4 gb ram more i ordered.

    Mobo Asrock N68 S3 UCC

I was willing to buy a GTX 770, i heard it's one of the best cards, though i think will it be bottlenecked by my low config and i couldnt use it fully, i heard so reading discussions etc; so i though to buy a GTX 760, lower but still good; though it's the same problem, lower but still to much maybe?

So my question is, what could be best card i could get using my actual config ?
    If someone has any suggestion

The gtx 770 for sure will be bottlenecked by ur rig, but it doesnt matter cause u can still upgrade the rest step by step later

Gtx 770 2gb costs u around 260€ and u cannot get a better card for this money.

The other choice could be a gtx 660ti which is faster than a gtx 580 and costs u around 160€

The gtx 760 is crap, hands off!

gz is just a dead site full of the rest of ss players wich r not able to etablade in other games but u have the Donors to keep it alive  - Ghosti

IOh italy is a little more "expancive" then..

I dont know ur full specs like mainboard or ddr type,
If u have ddr3 new games should work well on full hd if u set details mid-low

I either dont know ur hdd; 5400rpm / 7200 or ssd?

If u only have a 5400rpm hdd new games will be very slow...

U should write down full detailed list of ur specs

    Gtx 760 200€ new

    Gtx 670 270€ new

    Gtx 660 ti 230€ new

    Gtx 770 270€ new

Well i must admit gtx 760 is cheaper and better than 660 ti, i thought it was just 160€, prices go up and down..

    Price performance :
    1. 770
    2. 760
    3. 660 ti
    4. 670

so those 70€ will not make any difference and actually gtx 760 is the best choice for your system

Oh and simo, the gtx 760 is 3 times faster than the gts 450
