Recover photos

Does anyone know a way to recover *probably* removed photos from a Samsung Young (android 4.1.2)?
There are some programs that can be bought for about €50,- but thats expensive for couple of pics These programs did show the lost files. Hopefully they are still there.

All help is welcome, I have no idea how I can get it done myself.

Edit:
The pictures should be on the internal memory. When I connect the device to the PC I cannot access all files (looks like the settings on the cellphone won't allow me to).

solved. The payed program wasn't as smart as I was. All photos are recovered

Yes, but then you have to pay to get it all back

And now I will explain

The software tells you that you must pay to get all the files. But for the software to be able to show you what files are on the cellphone, it needs to access them. Cleverly these files are all stored on the harddisk as tmp files (these files are hidden, so make sure your mapsettings are correcly set to be able to see them). Just rename the tmp files back to origional (best way I think is to use CMDprompt to rename the extentions).

Only negative side effect is that you can retrieve way more files than you want to use and therfor need some time selecting the correct files. But thats always better than paying around €50,-

I have heard that on linux od the internal storage can be mount as external and can easily be recovered
