had a ride with 5D cinema on an "American Rollercoster" 2 weeks ago in Belarus using oculus rift, and it indeed felt like reality in your head, with your body (due to specially programmed seats) so yeah it did feel real as fuck creating an illusion for your brain, at the same time you know it isnt real, yet it feels real
