SeriousSam.Su Autumn-Winter 2014 - 2015 Tourney

Matches rules:

• Game - Serious Sam The Second Encounter 1.07
  
• Server - SeriousSam.Su Moscow Server, but if both players agree, so the game can be played on Amsterdam
  
• System - 16 players, single elimination. In case of more players who might want to play we'll make it with 24 players, so there will be 3 finals (finalist 1 vs finalist 2, finalist 1 vs finalist 3, finalist 2 vs finalist 3), the one who won more maps / had more frags will win the tournament. In the previous stages there will be 2 maps played, the one who won more maps wins. In case of draw, the one who had more frags after two maps wins. In case of frags draw, both players will have to play 5 mins from each map again
  
• Walkover will be given in case if a player won't show up in the 3rd date which was chosen by organizer (or 2 players) in a row
  
• Maps. 1/8 - Pro | Shotty Compex, Pro | Yodeller, quarterfinals - Pro | Little Trouble, Shotty Complex, semifinals - Pro | The Lost Tomb, Pro | Sun Palace, final / 3rd place final - Fortress, Shotty Trouble. Randomisation of maps was completed on 8th of November, 8.30 GZ time (the post)
  
• Diff - normal
  
• Frag limit - no
  
• Time limit - 20 mins by each map
  
• Skin - both opponents must wear the same skin
  
• Penalty for false start is -2 frags
  
• If a player doesn't respawn in 10 seconds without warning organizers, he receives a penalty of 1 frag, 2 frags in 20 seconds and so on
  
• Frags which were made by doublekill bug won't be counted
  
• Tags - every player should come up on a game with his normal clan tag (or his normal tag in case of having no clan), aliases are now allowed
  
• All games must be observed and recorded. Games which were played with different (than rules) settings and / or non-recorded (without showing demonstration) won't be counted, "look we have a screen only" won't be enough ! Even in case if there is no organizer observing your game, you must record a demo

Registration rules:

• Register only if you wish to play and also got some time to play (at least on weekends). The tourney can keep being played until late winter so get ready to it !
• At the start, russian speaking players (from serioussam.su) can be registered only. After there 48 players passed since the last russian speaking player registered, the registration is allowed for international players (it already is )
• Registration ends on 8th of November, 10.00 MSK time (08.00 GZ time)

The registration is already started, we had a vote about letting international players join, almost everyone (18 vs 1) voted yes !
But we've decided to open registration for international (GZ) users after 48 hours since the last russian speaking guy registered.

You can check the original russian thread with some translator, later I'll post info in the new post / thread. To say short, the tourney is almost same as GZ 1v1 Trouble King, the difference is there will 2 different maps for each round (1/16, 1/8 etc.)

Also probably it will be played on russian server (serioussam.su), keep it in mind. Though if international players will meet each other they can play on Amsterdam ofc, I'd agree to play on Amsterdam either just like others russians who got a good ping there

I wish I could have a time to organize another GZ tourney at the same time, but I don't
