I've changed my mind of buying ultrawide (don't think everyone will move to this like to 16:9 from 4:3) and lately I've found two cheapest (300-320$) 144 Hz monitors in the store I used to buy hardware, it's:
AOC g2460pqu(/01)
BENQ XL2411 Zowie 3D
Both are 24" and 1ms, but they are still TN, does it really suck?
Yeah they suck in terms of content display quality (horrible colors and low view-angles) but they're awesome for FPS games due to 144Hz and very low input lag.
I gotta get a second monitor for image editing - pure IPS panel from LG probably. Editing images on this 144hz TN crap can be compared to the pain of bleeding eyes.

i think for a pure gamer like you it doesnt't matter how real the colors look
but if you often work with quality images / photoshop its true what has been stated above
hm sad. just stay a "legend" on gz these days. inactive since decades or activ as "Alias" with vpn lol.
I use an AOC Agon monitor, it has very decent colours despite its TN panel, I used to have that BenQ you mentioned too (my bro uses it actually) and I've never been so much disapointed of a product before. The built quality is totally okay, but the colours were absolutely disgusting, I've never seen any worse image quality and there even was visible lines caused by the anti blur and for BenQ it was totally normal
That AOC was highly used in professionnal csgo competions, I would recommend it, even tho if I were you i'd invest a bit more in one of their latest Agon monitors
