Hey everyone I made was inspired to do a CSGO vid/mash-up so here it is! I was making it for 2 days or so. I currently hold the rank of Master Guardian Elite (2 AKs) and all the frags in the video are from competitive games only. Im open to criticism and looking forward to hear what you guys think!

Hmm very strange, I used ShadowPlay for my recordings and i had no fps loss what so ever, infact, the original vid is just as smooth as the game. I would say its my encoding that would reduce fps by 5-10 since i wouldnt know too much about it.

I'd say there's too much special effect for my taste... But that's just me.

Now the cameras: that's what I thought, you controlled the camera yourself. In those professionnal videos I was mentioning, the camera view and move is programmed, the move is totally smooth and perfectly follows and focuses on the target.

I started working on my next video, but it won't come anytime soon... Since it's much harder to get decent actions at a higher level (LEM for me) I will also try to show more maps this time. I've thrown d2 almost all the time.. So it'd be time to diversify a bit.

I dont get it.. I can say the same thing about your video, your opponents are just bad blah blah etc etc, I play on a level for 6 months at which you have played for a year and right now I face double AKs and Big Stars the whole time and even Eagles now and then.

Why doesnt it occur to people that im simply better than my opponents :/ I mean there would not be any frag movies on youtube or any other video resource if there werent weaker players or players who die due to their mistakes

Finally found something interesting:

cl_draw_only_deathnotices 1

and a little tweak of my own: bind slowmotion so that you don't need to press shift + F2 and control it with the menu

bind slow motion

bind p "host_timescale 0.5;phys_timescale 0.5" /// (half slowmotion)

bind o "host_timescale 1.0;phys_timescale 1.0" /// (normal play)

enable slowmotion with P and disable it with O. You can of course use the keys you want.

Host timescale controls the sound and phys timescale controls the video so if you want for example, slowmotion the video but keep the normal sounds, then set it thisway:

"host_timescale 1.0;phys_timescale 0.5"

sv_cheats 1 AND only_deathnotice must be enabled (1) in order to make the slowmotion binds work.
