I sent him the half (an activable code) but even considering the code + the real thing was sellable over 100€ on internet, he definitely didn't give a fuck about the real item..

Ok but you sent someone an item and you didn't receive payment first. This one is weird. I wouldn't send an item without receiving payment first or if he's scared, you could've sent him the code using Cash on Delivery parcel service.
PayPal is also safe due to "claim" function.

it's a kid under 18, he does not have the right to use Paypal, the deal was that he had to send me an item on Steam which has a value of 30€..

deal was, I give him the code, he gives me the item, and then I send him the physical item via post/mail, but after getting my code he deleted me from his contacts (probably believing it would be that simple to get rid of me lol)

I absolutely don't give a shit about that code honestly, but I just can't stand scammers and people who steals, and i'm determined to make him pay his mistake if he doesn't respect the deal we did.

well that happens if you make deals with kids.. u should verify the person before u make a deal...

as a matter of fact, I knew the person since a while.. but anyway he'll respect our deal, or i'll come visit him.. and it'll be funny (even if that means using 30€ of fuel to bring back 30€ home, just a matter of principle).
