I suggest to stop accusing Ostap and calling him a degenerate right now.

First of all, I can't remember for all last six years if Ostap added any single bad innovation on his servers. After all this years we're finally able to catch every single shithead who is cheating. AI is gonna own the world (don't you guys read what's going on in the world?), and The Cheat Tracker is the most clear example of it; I always knew that people like Capricornus, Lexa, Destroyer and Boyzyator are cheaters, there were no "new stars" in Sam - all of them are cheaters, and the last real players without cheats were AmcoTraD, Black SpiriT, God's HanD and Immortal Hero. I didn't kick Capri, Lexa and Destroyer because I only cared to become GZ Clan Tournament winner. Klesk is also the cheater, because since he played HD he had contacts with Zeb89 for sure, and guess what I mean - Zeb89 presented to him his allmighty collection of Serious Sam hacks. Metaliman is a cheater too, for 200 % I'd say, and I never had doubts about it: all French use cheatpacks by Doctor Dre, and this is the clearest thing to be noticed. France was the only country which could own Russia in Country Tournament, guess why. They did it even twice: in 2007 and 2009. And now, since he joined CC and hacked the admin panel to watch High Grand Private, he combined Campers Cheat Pack with Dre's Cheat Pack, that's why he has started the latest tournament - to win this one in the easiest way.

That new functionality is in development ....and i wanted to announce it in its due time...
Though it seems that some of the admins passed it to you ...its simple - script is protected from access by public...no hick-ups ..

But no mater ... since the word is out - I'll announce it now ...

This is a new tracking system that will assist admin in identifying possible cheaters.... (please note - assisting ...no auto-ban)
As you all already got it from prottos ...who leaked the whole thing ... (his posted description is quite close to how it all works)
System will try to analyze player behavior and compute possibility of cheat ...

Graph that prottos posted - will be available only to admins.
Though percentage of the possible cheat - later will be available via @cheater command ...something like this:

1 - player 1: possible cheat 10%
2 - player 3: possible cheat 0%
3 - player 4: possible cheat 100% (detected cheat: wallhack)

At the moment - i've managed to perfectly detect auto-aim ... but wallhack is tricky ...but i'm working on it.
Thus .... stay tuned.

After all - watching all those different graphs ....i saw that there is a pattern to each player .... unique ...
and any deviations from it - are detectable....

i think it would be better if only admins had access to it. just imagine this programm has a malfunction once and falsely accuses an oldschool player of cheating who has more than 10 years of experience. i don't want honorable players' reputation to be ruined by such a thing. also I'm pretty sure some people won't understand that feature. they will just see the word cheat and a percentage and say "omg he is cheating, what a faggot" - some people simply aren't smart enough to use their own braincells nowadays, it's said but true, they are dependent on others to tell them what to believe. besides that I believe this command could create an atmosphere of distrust, people would just constantly type in this command as soon as they get their ass kicked. it's better to leave the search of cheaters to some, to the admins not to the whole community that's what they are for to take care of the servers and make sure everyone is conforming to the rules. so please think about my words.

There is a good point in what you said...
At first i wasnt sure at all if make it public or leave it only for admins...

Thing is - if graph is made public - cheaters will try to adjust ....and thats not what i want ...
Though simple percentage - would be still a nice indication... ....(when it works as intended)
True - that some players may freak out when percentage goes over 50% ... (this is the case at the moment ... with wallhack ...and some experienced players...)
Detection works ...fine even now - but as i said - it might freak out someone ..
When we were testing it - i got 58% ....no walhack .... coz i found Karel ....that was hiding behind the wall and just pored lead into him ...as long i could ...(that also included aiming at him when he was hiding...just a meter away from wall edge)

Basically - it is possible to even separate pro from wall hacker .... -
but it would be impossible to separate a pro who is using a wallhack ....
