there's some tournaments going on but even with that there's many walkovers due to inactivity. Winter is comming (brace yourself) therefore activity should bump a little, i'm thinking about 10-20%. If you want to play some games you may be lucky enough someone will play, but joining discord or writing here on forum would be better way to plan a game
