it's not actually. I need to do this, cause it seems like I'm the only one who understand player's nowadays skill to make it balanced. It is really true, that each time that I propose the teams they are balanced... for example Jay XF True Meaning vs Jack Fors Vrock is, well let's be honest, TOTALLY unbalanced, because Jay is the strongest player out there, you are also very strong at ST/LT, and True Meaning is also a good player (just a new one, so it seems like he isnt really good, but actually he is), and now our team - the only one who is strong is Jack, me with high ping cant be good, and Vrock was inactive for a decade + he said that he is lagging I then proposed teams in VK how they should've been (Jay Fors True Meaning vs Jack XF Vrock) and people said that it's way better this way...

Jay and Jack are similar skill (more or less, we can see this in their Double Trouble game in ST for example, 3/4 score)
XF and Fors are also more or less similar skill (sometimes you are better, and sometimes me)
Vrock and True Meaning also are more or less similar skill (from what I've seen, at least on ST that's 100%)

but what if there are 3 pros, one average and two noobs? like for example bb, jack, jay with xf, vrock, True Meaning -

2v2 balance is even more problematic.

I think overall Jay is doing a good job with organizing. Maybe his teams are a bit stronger on average than the opponents, though.
