Stop telling lies to peoples. Genetics define 90% of your life career. Fururken for example have lost in a genetic lottery and is basically banned from pussy for life. He could improve some things, sure, but that wouldn't affect his life in a way you describe it. He have chosen a completely different path anyway, lol. In order to improve your life, you need to have a solid foundation, which is made from many things, such as looks, character, environment etc. You can't just magically craft charisma and put some points in it. Life isn't an RPG.

true, but Roman Empire wasnt built over night either, its about the mindset and the willingness to apply yourself. If you go to the gym for a month you wont see any significant result, same applies to looks, social skills, video game, business, current role at work, relationships. Every good outcomes requires you do something other than sitting on the ass all day

@XF: yes pretty face wont hurt, but those who are luckier to have it usually have went through very little to know what its like to appreciate it, meaning in most cases they have very little character development, just like people who have rich parents have very little to talk about as they generally reach very little by themselves

Pointer precision enhencement really is the reason for that lag input to occur when moving the mouse in sam?

OpenGL fullscreen will fix most of that... the problems in Sam go beyond input... input in firstperson is actually better than HD and BFE lol but there is some thing where the character doesnt turn far enough or turns too slow so the shot doesn't go where you aim

And yes the 20 Hz/tickrate (previous problem could be because of that) ... the interpolation is only local, in reality there are up to 50 ms gaps between every action which is terrible (you can try net_bLerping=0)

net_bLerping=0 does what??

the sharp turning in 1sts person sux. your real aim is still laggy which means that your shot is always behind where you aim. tickrate would have to be higher to solve that.
