his account is not deleted, he's banned 10 days (for now).

We still don't delete accounts, ghosty was an extra special case and it was useless anyway because he registers again everytime

Ghosty wanted his account deleted so that his posts wouldn't have an account linked to them, and possibly removing posts linked to that account, which would result in gaps in threads. You can gat banned, you can lose access to an account, but removing it will just make forums less readable.
