Since I lost I'll share the ingredients;

Amaretto (20ml), spiced rum (20ml) and sodium alginate to make the balls (dripped in a little water bath with calcium lactate).

7up (250ml) tripple sec (20ml) and white rum (40ml) for the liquid part.
