back then I used my router's default gateway (enter in URL barr) to access my router's settings (requires to know the login of your router - findable in your internet subscription papers) then open NAT settings and create two entries to open the ports

Name	Protocol	from	to
SSTSE1	TCP	25600	25616
SSTSE2	UDP	25600	25616

save and close, then your server should be visible in list (considering you updated your game with the correct master server)
