guess it's the same for every router

- access your default gateway from the URL barr in your internet browser by typing (accorded to PTCL.com): 192.168.1.1

- use your router login (provided in your internet subscription papers - or mails)

- open NAT settings

- create:

name: SSTSE1 Protocol: TCP ports: 25600 to 25616
name: SSTSE2 Protocol: UDP ports: 25600 to 25616

- Save and close, run your server and it's visible in the list
