The server would have to be hosted by 42 amsterdam on 42 amsterdam computer. You're hosting your own server on your own computer, that's why it's impossible. bro

And how can i off Invulnerable after spawning

Add this to your "init.ini":

gam_tmSpawnInvulnerability=2;

The number at the end, are seconds of invulnerability, change it to 0 to turn it off completely.

You need to add the stuff I already listed:

Open each file with text editor, then copy-paste what I've written in previous post, and then just save the file, (without .ini or .txt in the filename)

Sorry but we have to do it the hard way:
Just rename it, and remove .ini or .txt
You can find a tutorial on how to do that in google, if you have troubles
