And I do not launch the server via "DedicatedServer.exe", I launch the server via a bat file that is located in the directory "Serious Sam - The Second Encounter\start.bat". And the server itself is in a different place, not where I am. I start the server on one computer, and then log in to it from another computer and another location.

Clean versions of Sam here (uploaded by Anton of 42Amsterdam long ago). They are not 100% clean but they work and I have used them for purpose of demonstration in the video above. No more questions shall be answered and Forsy got banned so forummes is gonna be dead now so I leave. Good luck friend

You misunderstood me. I have all ports open and everything works. Just yesterday, the players and I completed the entire Serious Sam co-op. My server was launched in one city, and the players were from other cities. We all went to my server and completed the game. But they connected by IP address, they do not see my server in the general list of all master server servers. Just put the command in the same way all other commands are in the file and it should work. One of the reasons could be problematic game files, it all depends where you got your game from, and what modifications you made to the files too, if any.
