Am I missing something, I have no clue what the secret in mental institution, it would help because I hear it will activate a boss, and make me feel better about the joke ending(except for those guys talking, that was gold)
I've heard it is a weapons cache with a vehicle, and I don't know how to get to it....
Help would be appriciated cause it's lame that it's impossible to find this dang secret, thank you
